- Assist Director, Assistant Manager and/or Instructors with daily tasks and requirements.
- Provide support as requested for Academy classes, programs, events, and activities.
- Assist Director and Instructors with program logistics and delivery.
- Communicate with program participants as requested by Director or designate.
- Communicate and support logistics for guest chefs, lecturers, and visitors to Academy.
- Assist Director with inventory management, stock rotation, product sourcing and scheduling.
- Place orders on UCAS System as requested by Director.
- Prepare food items for events, guest chefs or instructors.
- Maintain and/or ensure maintenance of all large and small equipment.
- Supervise daily, weekly and monthly cleaning programs are adhered to.
- Oversee culinary team of chef de parties, public attendants and/or personnel as requested by Director.
- Complete educational courses and training as requested by Director.
- Provide translation support verbally and written as requested by Director if applicableQualificationsEducation Certificate Bachelor's Degree Qualifications Food ScienceGeneral Years of Experience 4- 5 Years Special Years of Experience 3 - 4 Years
