Overview
we are seeking a
top-tier Indian Sous Chef
to join a fast-growing, high-potential restaurant brand in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
This is not a routine kitchen role, we are building a
serious Indian concept
focused on authentic flavors, strong identity, and scalable operations.
Responsibilities
- Full control of kitchen operations (Curry, Tandoor, Biryani)
- Deliver consistent, authentic Indian taste at scale
- Build, train, and lead a strong kitchen team
- Maintain high standards under high-volume service
- Work directly with ownership on menu development & concept refinement
- Drive creativity through seasonal menu development and innovative dish creation
- Demonstrate strong plating and presentation skills with attention to visual excellence
