Overview
We are looking for a skilled **Sous Chef** with strong bakery and pastry experience to support daily kitchen operations, maintain high food quality standards, and assist in menu development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in breads, pastries, desserts, and production planning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and oversee bakery and pastry items to company standards
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Monitor inventory and reduce wastage
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Support menu creation and seasonal specials
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP
- Strong background in bakery and pastry production
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
