We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Sous Chef – Pizza

to support our kitchen leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pizza operations, dough management, and team supervision, ensuring consistent quality and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and train the Burger chefs to ensure consistency and quality
  • Prepare and cook high-quality burgers using proper techniques
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and portion control

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in burger or fast-food concepts
  • Previous experience as a Senior CDP or Sous Chef
  • Good knowledge of grilling, frying, and burger preparation techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid leadership and communication skills
