The role focuses on Lebanese cuisine and hands-on kitchen service leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen service and maintain consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Manage and coordinate the kitchen team during service for smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain culinary standards with a focus on Lebanese cuisine.
- Ensure mise en place, timely preparation, and effective line execution.
- Monitor food quality and hygiene and comply with brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team in a professional, organised environment.
Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
- Proven Service Chef experience in refined restaurants and fine dining establishments.
- Strong expertise in Lebanese cuisine and extensive hands-on line experience during service.
- Management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of food quality, consistency, and kitchen operational standards.
