The role focuses on refined guest service and coordinating service activities in an assigned section.
Responsibilities
- Deliver guest service in line with brand standards and welcome guests for a refined dining experience.
- Supervise and coordinate service in the assigned section; guide and support the service team.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and mise en place.
Requirements
- Previous experience in refined, upscale restaurants; Lebanese fine-dining experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards and good written and spoken English are required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer-service, and social skills are required.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality are expected.
- Candidates must currently be based in Dubai.
