That's Living Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef and oversee daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of at least five chefs.
- Prepare and oversee Indian and international dishes.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor food stock, control costs, and reduce food wastage.
- Train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements
- Five to ten or more years of culinary experience.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar position.
- Strong hands-on experience in Indian and international cuisine.
- Proven ability to lead and manage at least five chefs.
- Good knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
