Required Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials management, including hands-on supplier and purchasing responsibilities. Demonstrated success negotiating supplier terms, managing vendor relationships, and delivering measurable cost, quality, or delivery improvements. Practical experience with MRP-driven purchasing, inventory management, replenishment planning, and ERP/MRP systems. Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing electronic or electromechanical components, or working in manufacturing, industrial products, or a similar technical environment. Hands-on experience with NetSuite, alternate-source development, and supplier performance reporting. Professional Competencies Commercially astute negotiator with strong ownership, supplier-management judgment, and accountability for results.
