Sourcing Manager

Experience

• Requirements Engineering graduate with 10–15 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier development, Project management. Strong understanding of sourcing processes, supplier performance, cost drivers, risk management, and operational needs. Experience in driving sourcing projects across Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Development, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance. Exposure to localization, product transfers, NPD readiness, PPAP, supplier qualification, and capacity follow-up. Ability to prepare business proposals, consolidate inputs, track actions, report KPIs, and manage escalations. Good analytical ability (advance excel, business analysis), ERP exposure, stakeholder communication, and ability to work through teams without direct authority. Required Behaviors & Competencies Full end-to-end Ownership Stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong coordination, follow-up discipline, and execution focus. Project management mindset with focus on actions, ownership, timelines, risks, and escalations. Analytical thinking and data-driven reporting.
