Solutions Delivery Consultant
About This Role
Our client is seeking a high-calibre Delivery / Sales Consultant to join their growing Abu Dhabi team. This is a hybrid role combining client delivery, account development, and stakeholder engagement, focused on building and expanding a strategic client account from within.
This position is ideal for a mid-level consultant with either a technical or functional background, who thrives in client-facing environments and is looking to play a key role in driving both delivery excellence and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between the client and our clients delivery teams
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Support the growth and development of an existing client account from an internal position
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and contribute to sales initiatives
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and IT functions
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a Delivery, Consulting, or Sales-facing role within technology or consulting environments
- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical or functional requirements
- Background in either:
- Technical delivery (e.g. systems, integration, architecture), or
- Functional consulting (e.g. business analysis, process improvement)
- Experience or exposure to Energy Trading / commodities markets is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to support account growth or business development initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of energy trading platforms, ETRM systems, or commodities workflows
- Experience working in global delivery models or matrix organisations
- Arabic language skills (bi-lingual candidates preferred)
