Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
Indicative range:
$130,000 – $210,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Solutions Architect to partner with sales on technical wins.
The role combines deep product knowledge with consultative selling — translating customer requirements into architectures that close deals and set up successful deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and qualification
- Design solution architectures tailored to customer environments and use cases
- Lead technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops
- Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture reviews
- Partner with Customer Success on smooth handoff to deployment
- Provide product feedback to product and engineering teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and APIs
- Experience leading technical conversations with engineering and IT buyers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Comfort owning RFPs, security reviews, and architecture diagrams
