Job Purpose

Drive multi-cloud adoption across enterprise customers using Azure and AWS.

Design architectures, lead customer workshops, and position solutions that connect technical excellence with business value.

Engage sales teams and C-level executives to influence customer decisions through ROI, TCO, and business outcomes.

Customer Engagement and Solutioning

  • Understand customer business and technical requirements.
  • Design multi-cloud architectures across Azure and AWS for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Align technology solutions with business outcomes as a trusted advisor.

Presales and Commercial Alignment

  • Support sales cycles with RFP and RFI responses, proposals, and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to position value-driven solutions that balance technical fit and commercial viability.
  • Participate in TCO, ROI, and cost-optimization discussions for cloud adoption business cases.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Partner with delivery and operations teams to validate proposed solution feasibility.
  • Lead customer workshops, architecture review sessions, and executive briefings.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Job Specification

  • At least 8 years of total professional experience.
  • At least 2 years in presales or solution architecture roles.
  • Strong expertise in at least two major cloud platforms, selected from Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Knowledge Areas

  • Infrastructure covering compute, storage, and networking.
  • Cloud-native AI services.
  • Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio knowledge is beneficial.
  • Application modernization, APIs, and integration.
  • Hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.
