Role Overview
We are hiring a senior, client-facing Solution Architect for a growing technology consultancy in Dubai.
This role will support both pre-sales and delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to shape digital, cloud, software, and integration solutions from early discovery through to implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially aware technologist with strong consulting experience, broad software delivery knowledge, and the ability to turn complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Ideal Profile
A senior solution architect who can engage confidently with clients, shape commercially viable technology solutions, and stay close enough to delivery to ensure successful implementation.
Experience
- across some of the following is requried:
- Front-end, mobile, back-end, API, and microservices technologies.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Data, analytics, CMS, integration, and third-party platforms.
- CCaaS platforms, cloud data platforms, AI / ML services, MLOps, Docker, or Kubernetes would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions with clients.
- Support pre-sales activity including scoping, estimation, planning, and proposal input.
- Translate business requirements into clear, scalable technology solutions.
- Provide architecture guidance across software, cloud, data, integration, and digital delivery projects.
- Work with delivery teams to support implementation and resolve technical challenges.
- Advise stakeholders on technology options, risks, trade-offs, and delivery approach.
- Support account growth and contribute to delivery standards and best practice.
Required Experience
- Strong background in solution architecture, technical consulting, software engineering, or digital delivery
- Exposure to the local GCC market across multiple industries
- Experience in a consultancy, agency, systems integrator, or client-facing technology environment.
- Comfortable working across both pre-sales and delivery.
- Good understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, agile delivery, and integration patterns.
- Experience with estimation, work planning, and delivering within time and budget constraints.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
- Confident in managing stakeholders and operating in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
