Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive AI solution architectures for complex client engagements involving both ML models and AI/GenAI components, ensuring technical coherence and integration quality
• Define infrastructure, integration, and deployment architecture for AI workloads across cloud environments, on-premises systems, and hybrid deployments
• Own the technical response sections of RFP submissions alongside the Delivery Lead, providing architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical feasibility assessments
• Act as the technical bridge between the AI/ML Delivery Section and the Data & Advisory Section, translating advisory findings and governance frameworks into implementable architectures
• Review and validate the technical designs produced by the Data Science and AI Engineering sub-teams, ensuring scalability and alignment with client requirements
• Engage directly with client technical stakeholders (CTOs, IT architects, data platform teams) to understand existing infrastructure and design solutions that integrate effectively
• Contribute to Innoventures' technical methodology, developing reusable architecture patterns and frameworks for common AI & Technology use cases

Skills

• Experience in solution architecture, AI engineering, or technical consulting, with deep expertise across both traditional ML and GenAI workloads
• Broad technical proficiency spanning data engineering, ML model development, AI/GenAI application development, cloud infrastructure design, and Digital Transformation Technologies
• Experience designing and delivering AI solutions in enterprise and government environments, including integration with legacy systems and complex data estates
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Cloud architecture expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP; relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred
• Experience in government-grade integrations & solutions preferred (Common Data lakes, Oracle, UAE Pass, OIDC)

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Cloud Certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Years of Experience
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical delivery, with a track record of designing complex AI solutions for enterprise or government clients
• Proven track record of working on complex technical projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Experience with government or large enterprise environments in the UAE region

Language

• Bilingual (English & Arabic) is Mandatory.
