Overview

We are hiring a high-impact

Solution Sales Executive

based in

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

to drive growth in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-led transformation programmes across large enterprise and public-sector accounts.

This role is not traditional IT sales.

You will sell

business outcomes powered by Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, AI Foundry and digital workforce solutions

, positioning AI as a core operating model for enterprise customers — not a feature.

You will bridge

pre-sales, customer strategy and platform fit

, designing how each customer adopts AI and turning interest into committed transformation programmes.

Success in this role depends on

deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, strong executive relationships in KSA, and the ability to drive large, strategic deals

end-to-end — partnering with our Account Executives, Solution Sales Architects and Microsoft field teams.
