Role Overview
The SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Solution Director is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and delivering end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions across global SAP S/4HANA programs.
The role combines business transformation, solution architecture, program leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance to ensure scalable, standardized, and business-driven sales processes.
The Solution Director acts as the trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, business leaders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams for all Sales, Distribution, Pricing, Billing, Logistics Execution, and Customer Management processes

Job Summary
The SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Solution Director is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and delivering end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions across global SAP S/4HANA programs. The role combines business transformation, solution architecture, program leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance to ensure scalable, standardized, and business-driven sales processes.
The Solution Director acts as the trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, business leaders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams for all Sales, Distribution, Pricing, Billing, Logistics Execution, and Customer Management processes
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC solution roadmap.Establish global template and process standards across regions and business units.Drive business transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.Provide architectural direction for:
- Order Management
- Pricing & Rebates
- Credit Management
- Billing & Invoicing
- Returns Management
- Logistics Execution
- Intercompany Processing
- Available-to-Promise (aATP)
- Transportation Management integration
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and digital transformation objectives.
