Job Summary
Full Stack Engineering Lead | Java + React + AI Location: London / Bristol
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineering Lead to lead a feature team and combine strong hands-on engineering skills with technical leadership.
What we’re looking for:
Strong Java / Spring Boot backend development experience
Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript experience
Experience building REST APIs and microservices
Good understanding of AI/GenAI integration within modern applications
Strong Cloud experience, ideally GCP
DevOps & CI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker and Kubernetes
Experience leading feature/squad teams and driving engineering delivery
Strong understanding of architecture, code quality, security, testing and engineering best practices
Ability to mentor engineers and work closely with Product, Architecture and other engineering teams
Banking/Financial Services experience preferred, but not mandatory
