Key responsibilities
- Design and architect GRC/IRM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of GRC IRM platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, workflows, and technical standards.
- Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to support delivery.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Review GRC processes and recommend improvements and optimization.
- Align solutions with security, governance, compliance, and organizational standards.
- Support GRC IRM integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural challenges.
- Prepare and maintain solution architecture and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on GRC/IRM experience.
- Proven experience as a GRC IRM Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
- Strong understanding of GRC concepts and processes and experience with IRM solutions.
- Experience in solution architecture, system integration, workflows, and technical design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work with technical and business stakeholders.
- Enterprise environment experience is highly preferred.
- KSA experience is an advantage.
