Responsibilities
- Own customer solution design and delivery through transition to ongoing operations.
- Lead technical discovery and document objectives, environments, architecture, constraints, security requirements, and success criteria.
- Design and prototype platform solutions integrated with customer environments, including SharePoint, Fabric, Databricks, and OpenText.
- Develop document-processing automations using TypeScript and xMentium platform tools.
- Lead deployment-model discussions covering cloud, customer tenant, and on-premises approaches and their technical considerations.
- Address security, privacy, and compliance topics with internal specialists as appropriate.
- Explain solution options and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Sales to qualify fit, assess risk and complexity, set expectations, and shape proposals and statements of work.
- Work with Product and Engineering to assess product fit and identify gaps and reusable capabilities.
- Document reusable patterns, reference architectures, lessons learned, and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 7+ years in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, consulting, software engineering, technical delivery, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- Experience owning complex customer solutions across pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Full-stack software development experience with TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of application, integration, data, and cloud architecture, including APIs, event-driven patterns, databases, identity, networking, and deployment practices.
