Required
Bachelor’s degree or similar/equivalent work experience
2+ years of project management or planning experience
Active Secret security cleance is required
Preferred
US Navy, DoD contractor, or similar complexity experience.
Experience within military hardware, software, documentation, and drawings.
Experience with ISO 9000, AS-9001, CMMI, and ESD programs is desirable.
Execution and implementation of Process Improvement / Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Familiarity with Linux OS
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently while supporting a team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
Willingness and ability to execute written and verbal communications with stakeholders, and internal/external customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technical documentation
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Willingness to proactively engage technical experts and cross-functional teams
Ability to independently seek information needed to resolve issues or make decisions
