We’re Hiring: Software Sales Executive (ERP & Digital Solutions)
We’re expanding our team at Webenia and looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join us full-time (on-site) in Abu Dhabi
If you’re someone who knows how to hunt, qualify, and close deals — this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell our services: ERP Systems (Odoo & Next), Digital Marketing, and Software Development
- Manage the full sales cycle (from lead generation to closing)
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver the right solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in Software / Digital Sales (B2B)
- Previous experience selling ERP systems (especially Odoo) is a strong plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Business-oriented mindset with understanding of client needs
- Very good command of English
- Self-driven and target-oriented personality
