Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the software and IT domain, focusing on both public and private sector clients.
Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Leverage existing professional networks and connections to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct needs assessment meetings with potential clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
Present software solutions in a manner that directly addresses client pain points and business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure focus on high-potential opportunities.
Develop customized sales proposals and presentations with support from the presales team.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing while maintaining profitability objectives.
Work towards and achieve assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Work closely with the presales team to ensure seamless solution scoping and proposal development.
Coordinate product demonstrations and technical presentations with presales specialists.
Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure proposed solutions are competitive and well-supported.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports detailing pipeline status, deal progress, and target achievement.
Prepare accurate forecasts of revenue and deal closures for management review.
