Responsibilities

• Define QA practices, test strategies, plans, cases, and related assets with the Scrum team.
• Create and maintain automated and manual functional, regression, integration, and scale tests.
• Validate software releases across platforms and environments with development teams.
• Investigate, record, triage, and track defects to verification and closure.
• Identify quality risks and dependencies early and collaborate on mitigation.
• Evaluate and integrate modern QA tools and AI-driven testing capabilities.
• Develop expertise in framework architecture, advanced CI/CD pipelines, and test strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, and 4+ years in software quality engineering.
• Hands-on UI web and API automation using established frameworks; experience with Java, Python, Jenkins, Docker, Maven, and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of STLC, QA methods, and test management; competency with CI/CD tools.
• Agile experience with Scrum and Kanban, work estimation, and test data management.
• Research and integrate modern QA and AI-driven testing capabilities.
• Mobile automation, functional/manual testing, JMeter performance testing, AWS, security, or accessibility testing are nice to have.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve quality issues and improve practices.
• Show curiosity about new testing tools, strategies, and emerging technologies, including AI.
