Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Project Manager to oversee and coordinate software development projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, tasks are properly tracked, and communication remains smooth across all stages of development.

This role requires strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end software development projects including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
  • Track project progress, timelines, tasks, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and task management systems.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and project review sessions.
  • Monitor risks and proactively resolve blockers or delays.
  • Ensure deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards before completion.
  • Use Jira or similar project management tools for backlog tracking, sprint management, and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates and follow-ups to keep teams aligned and accountable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in software project management, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and software architecture is a plus.
  • Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,500.00 per month
