Overview

We're Hiring: Software Product Owner + Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated **Software Product Owner & Project Manager** to join our team!

If you are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions, managing projects efficiently, and ensuring that products meet business and user needs, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories.
  • Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and improve project processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

  • **Proven experience** as a **Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role** in a software development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of **Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)** and project management frameworks.
  • Experience working with **cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.)**.
  • Excellent **communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills**.
  • Ability to **manage multiple projects** simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with **Jira.**
  • Strong **analytical and decision-making skills**.
  • A background in **software development or IT** is a plus.
  • **Fluency in Arabic is essential.**
  • Job Type: دوام كامل
  • Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
