Job Purpose
Manage enterprise software licenses and software contracts to ensure compliance, cost control, and effective contract governance.
Software Licensing Management
- Manage license inventories, entitlements, and usage.
- Ensure license compliance and support audits.
- Identify optimization opportunities.
- Support renewals, true-ups, and changes.
Software Contract Management
- Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
- Review licensing, audit, renewal, and termination clauses.
- Maintain contract documentation and track key milestones.
Reporting & Tools
- Excel: license tracking and compliance reporting.
- Power BI: dashboards and reporting.
- SAP Ariba: contract records and approvals.
- PowerPoint: management presentations.
Governance & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work within IT governance and audit frameworks.
- Coordinate with IT, Legal, Finance, and Audit teams.
Required Skills
- Software licensing & contract management expertise.
- Advanced Excel, working Power BI & SAP Ariba knowledge.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
