Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Talents Needed for Success:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ApptioOne.
  • 5+ years of strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
  • Experience with Apptio TBM Studio, Cost Transparency, Planning, or related ApptioOne modules.
  • Strong understanding of IT Financial Management (ITFM) and Technology Business Management (TBM) concepts.
  • Experience developing complex allocations, cost models, and financial reporting solutions.
  • Strong experience with relational databases, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Apptio TBM Certified Professional certification.
  • Experience supporting Budget, Forecast, Actuals, Chargeback, and Showback processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Database, Datawarehouse, ODI or similar integration tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
  • Experience supporting Month-End Close and financial reconciliation activities.
  • Experience leading small projects.
  • ApptioOne, TBM Studio, Cost Transparency, Planning Applications
  • Reporting & Dashboards, Allocations & Cost Modeling
  • Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
  • Performance Tuning, Data Modeling, Stored Procedures, Packages & Functions
  • ETL/Data Integration
  • Data Validation & Reconciliation
  • Success Factors
  • Deep hands-on Apptio One expertise rather than administrative-only experience.
  • Strong ability to build and troubleshoot complex financial allocation models.
  • Ability to independently develop SQL/PLSQL solutions supporting enterprise financial processes.
  • Strong understanding of IT cost transparency, budgeting, forecasting, and chargeback methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
