Role overview

What you will do

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products.
• Master and improve the development process, culture, and code base.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, user experience, and performance teams on customer features.
• Develop test strategies, automation frameworks, and unit and functional tests.
• Analyze and design test cases and implement automated test suites.

Core qualifications

• Strong Computer Science or related engineering background.
• Must be located in North America.
• Academic, professional, or internship experience in a professional coding environment.
• Fluency in object-oriented programming and design.
• Experience with one of Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, or C++.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience reviewing LLM-generated code and artifacts or using agentic coding tools.
• Ability to guide AI tools to desired outcomes.
• Experience with Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or similar agent-based frameworks.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, teamwork, and self-motivation.
• Experience using telemetry and metrics to improve operational excellence.

Compensation

• Typical base salary range is USD 110,000 to USD 153,000 annually.
• In select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas, base salary range is USD 141,000 to USD 163,000 annually.
• Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
