Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Xcode Cloud web experience.
• Create interfaces for build management, parallel testing, tester distribution, and feedback workflows.
• Treat performance, security, privacy, and accessibility as core requirements.
• Shape the daily workflow of developers shipping apps for Apple platforms.

Minimum qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience building large-scale web applications.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong grasp of web fundamentals, including accessibility and performance.
• Experience with automated testing, code review, and continuous delivery.
• Experience communicating with customers and collaborating across design and engineering teams.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related industry experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with a component-based UI framework such as React is preferred.
• Familiarity with monorepo tooling such as Turborepo or Nx is preferred.
• Web service API integration experience is preferred.
• Exposure to iOS or macOS development with Swift, Objective-C, or C/C++ is preferred.
• Fluency with AI assistants and agentic coding workflows is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for great design is preferred.

Compensation and benefits

• The stated base pay range is $119,100–$230,500; pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

• Employees may be eligible for discretionary stock programs; the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, or relocation.
