Software Engineer, Privileged Access Management (PAM) / Password Manager (PWM) - India

Position Overview

Architecture and Core Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, TypeScript, gRPC, and the ABP framework.
• Build cross-platform services and native desktop applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Privileged Access Management

• Design and deploy enterprise-grade PAM and IDAM solutions using CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or HashiCorp Vault.
• Enforce Zero Trust and least-privilege access principles and implement SCIM protocol integrations.

Delivery, Testing, and Operations

• Own continuous delivery using Origin CI, Kargo, and WoK.
• Implement unit, functional, Playwright end-to-end, performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
• Implement telemetry, logging, and tracing and support SLA and SLO compliance.
• Participate in incident management and contribute post-incident reviews.

Technical Leadership and Governance

• Champion BMAD governance for AI-assisted workflows using Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• Mentor engineers, conduct RFC reviews, and build shared team skill libraries.
• Manage technical debt, refactor legacy components, and establish engineering best practices across Agile sprints.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven leadership as a Lead Architect or Senior Staff Engineer in a modern product environment.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core or ABP Framework, Go, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.
• Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL architectures such as DocumentDB.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and custom CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Proficiency with Playwright and load or stress testing tools.
• Direct experience establishing spec-driven AI development workflows in production teams.

• Candidates must be located in and authorized to work in the specified country.

• Fluent spoken and written English is required.
• Engineers are expected to participate in assigned on-call shifts.
