Software Engineer - New Grad (2026-2027)
Role Overview
Engineering Excellence: Build and ship features end-to-end with React/TypeScript, Django/Python, and GraphQL, from API design to polished UI. Write clean, performant, and maintainable code.
AI-Powered Development: Use Cursor, Claude, n8n, and other cutting-edge AI tools daily to move faster and raise the quality bar on everything you ship.
Outcome-Oriented Delivery: Focus on work that meaningfully moves product and business metrics, turning requirements into user impact rather than just output.
Collaborative Development: Partner closely with Product, Design, and QA to turn concepts into polished experiences that delight users.
Quality & Testing: Write unit, integration, and regression tests. Take part in thoughtful code reviews, both giving and receiving them.
Technical Specifications: Draft tech specs, break work into deliverable pieces, and define success metrics. Your mentor will coach you along the way.
Growing With Us: As you ramp up, you'll take on larger projects and lead features from idea to launch.
About You You might be a great fit if you:
Are graduating (or recently graduated) with a degree or diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related program.
Have built things you're proud of, such as co-op projects, side projects with real users, open-source contributions, or hackathon builds. Show us.
Are relentlessly curious about AI and already use tools like Cursor or Claude to supercharge your productivity.
Want to own features end-to-end and see the direct impact of your work.
Are a natural problem-solver who digs into root causes rather than applying quick fixes, and who sees technical challenges as opportunities to learn.
Communicate clearly and collaborate well across disciplines.
Are comfortable with ambiguity and like taking initiative in a startup where no two days look the same.
