The role

Quality covers Fellow’s web, desktop, and mobile meeting workflows, including agendas, notes, recording, AI recaps, and customer workflows.

The QA Analyst supports quality from planning through release and production, with a focus on manual QA and holistic testing.

The team uses AI tools such as Cursor and Claude in planning, testing, investigation, and release work.

What you will do

  • Join projects from inception through deployment and contribute feedback on scope, functionality, design, risk, and testability.
  • Create and maintain test plans for web, desktop, and mobile, covering workflows, integrations, and edge cases.
  • Conduct exploratory testing and own automated end-to-end regression tests.
  • Maintain useful regression coverage, investigate failures and flaky tests, and monitor regression and smoke suites.
  • Work with Engineering to improve testability and choose suitable manual and automated coverage.
  • Verify tickets, run targeted tests, assess risk, approve releases, and perform post-deployment checks.
  • Use AI agents to support QA tasks while independently validating their output.
  • Share knowledge and improve QA practices, tools, and AI-native workflows.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of manual QA experience with web, desktop, and/or mobile applications.
  • Experience creating, executing, debugging, and maintaining automated end-to-end regression tests.
  • Hands-on QA use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar, with careful verification of generated output.
  • Familiarity with browser element inspector, console, and network inspector.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management; able to assess customer impact and make sound decisions under time constraints.
  • Collaborative, patient, and pragmatic; comfortable with changing requirements and fast-moving startup priorities.
  • Able to raise concerns, advocate for quality, and distinguish defects from UX feedback and feature requests.
