Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II with expertise in Flutter for our innovative technology team.

In this role, you will be pivotal in developing high-quality mobile applications that reflect our dedication to enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain impactful mobile applications using Flutter framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, testable, and reusable code to meet project requirements.
  • Utilize best practices in application development for improved performance and user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to optimize performance.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement application designs and user flows effectively.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
  • Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications thoroughly.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers through guidance and code review processes.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in mobile technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
  • Proven experience using Flutter to build cross-platform mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
  • Experience with mobile development tools, SDKs, and API integration essential.
  • Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative software development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
