Global Business Services delivers technology and operations capabilities to Bank of America business lines and support functions through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model.

In India, the operation is conducted through BA Continuum India Private Limited, a Bank of America subsidiary.

Team and role overview

Consumer CRM Technology supports Consumer Retail and Merrill Edge products, including credit cards, deposits, consumer lending, client underwriting, and investment products.

The team performs application development, design and architecture, and business analysis using technologies including Salesforce, .NET, WCR, AngularJS, and SQL Server.

The role develops and maintains SQL Server SSIS packages within Consumer CRM Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SQL Server SSIS packages.
  • Perform day-to-day application development, support, and testing under bank standards and guidelines.
  • Provide technical and functional support to business users.
  • Gather requirements from technology lines of business and participate in requirement review analysis calls.
  • Conduct impact analysis for new functionality implementations and prepare high-level and low-level designs.
  • Coordinate with technology lines of business and internal and external development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with platform usage standards.
  • Interact with business lines, support partners, and application managers on daily business routines.
  • Write functional test scripts for new applications.

Required qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Education listed as BE, BTech, MCA, MSc, or MTech.
  • Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce pages, batch jobs, and service integrations.
  • Strong object-oriented design and development experience.
  • Web development experience using HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

Desired skills

  • Salesforce Lightning and banking-domain development experience are desirable.
  • .NET and WCF service experience is an added advantage.
  • Analytical, communication, interpersonal, client-facing, and problem-solving skills are desired.

Work schedule

  • Work timings are listed as 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST.
