Position Overview

Technical Skills

Testing Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute test plans for medical device software applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing for functionality, performance, and security.
• Plan tests, design test cases, execute them, log defects, and verify fixes.
• Identify, document, track, prioritize, and help resolve defects with development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering is required.
• Prior healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
• The role requires 4–6 years of software quality assurance experience, including medical device testing.
• Strong knowledge of test management, test planning, test execution, testing methodologies, and test tools is required.
• Experience with surgical microscope testing, test automation, and DICOM or PACS is advantageous rather than mandatory.
• ISTQB, Microsoft, or similar certifications are a plus.
