Software Engineer - Back-End & Agentic AI

About the role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ThreatQ with attention to performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate to implement product requirements, participate in code reviews, and maintain coding standards.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and contribute technical documentation.
• Track cybersecurity technology trends and apply relevant tools and techniques.

Required qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• PHP (Laravel) and/or Python knowledge and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with SQL, front-end technologies, AI coding tools and agent integration, Git, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, message queues, testing frameworks, microservices, and containerization.
• AWS and Terraform familiarity is requested; on-premises Kubernetes exposure is a plus.
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, communication skills, and Agile development experience.
• Willingness to upskill in SaaS concepts and event-driven or queue-based architecture.
