Build teleoperation and fleet management interfaces

Build task scheduling and dispatch that fit real operational workflows

Integrate with customer systems (property management, work orders, messaging)

Build dashboards and reporting for performance, uptime, and ROI

Build mobile and web tools for on-site staff

Spend time on site with operators and turn what you see into product

Strong full-stack experience (TypeScript, React, Python, or similar)

Experience designing APIs and backend services

Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, WebRTC, streaming video)

Product sense and comfort talking directly with users

Bonus: robotics, IoT, or operations software experience

Bias toward action: ship fast, watch it get used, iterate
