Software Engineer, AI/ML

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team’s AI/ML subject matter expert and apply emerging technologies and best practices.
• Document AI strategy and align it with product roadmaps and company objectives.
• Help define project scope, milestones, approach, and solution design.
• Implement AI/ML solutions, write code and tests, and configure or prototype external technologies.
• Document work, support teammates, review code, pair program, and collaborate on problem analysis.
• Join client meetings when needed and contribute to product and technology discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software architecture, full-stack development, or AI engineering; proven complex end-to-end architecture experience.
• At least 2 years implementing semantic matching, RAG, and structured-content document parsing.
• Experience deploying agentic systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Working knowledge of Claude Code or Codex, MCP, model ensembles, and fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of Neo4j or other knowledge graph databases and Apache data workflows such as Databricks, Spark, or Iceberg.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop workflows, AI evaluation, testing, and iterative refinement.
• Strong coding practices, testing, technical documentation, collaboration, ownership, deadline management, and mentoring.
