- Technical fluency to review agent-generated work and discuss architecture and APIs with engineers.
- Experience leading experimentation through hypotheses, rapid testing, and decisions based on results.
- Experience working with ML/AI or research teams to turn model capabilities into usable products.
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications
- AEC, architecture, engineering, BIM, or computational design background, or experience with Revit, Forma, IFC, or similar tools and data.
- Experience designing agent-facing tools such as MCP servers, tool/function-calling interfaces, or orchestration frameworks.
- Experience evaluating AI features and building user-feedback loops.
- Experience shipping stable, versioned, well-documented APIs and developer tooling.
Compensation
- For Canada-based roles, the expected starting base salary is CAD 140,000 to CAD 205,700 per year; compensation may include annual bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.
