Senior Software Developer, Frontend

Position overview

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs, system architecture, and product requirements into high-quality software components with product, architecture, UX, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical discussions and critical decisions across internal and external organizations and virtual teams; provide input to architecture decisions.
• Ensure implementations follow architecture design and meet performance, security, scalability, accessibility, and resilience goals.
• Help make the team's code review process productive.
• Build intuitive, scalable frontend experiences for the AI orchestration platform.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years of hands-on frontend development experience and a record delivering commercial enterprise SaaS applications.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Broad frontend knowledge, such as React, Angular, Vue, Redux, state management, or equivalent technologies.
• Ability to write clean, efficient code and troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Hands-on understanding of modern frontend paradigms, including pub-sub, state management, service workers, web components, caching, lazy loading, bundle optimization, reactive design, microfrontends, or module federation.
• Experience building progressive and hybrid applications.

Salary

• For Canada-based roles, the stated starting base salary range is $107,000 to $157,300 annually; offers depend on experience and geographic location.
• Compensation may also include annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and benefits; commissions are noted for sales roles.
