Overview
We are hiring a
Software Development Manager
to lead the development and delivery of our in-house ERP system within the I.T. department. The role is responsible for managing the full software development lifecycle, translating business priorities into clear release plans, ensuring requirements are complete and testable, leading technical design and architecture decisions, and maintaining high standards for quality, security, system performance, and uptime. The ideal candidate will manage and mentor the software development team, oversee code review and QA processes, support reliable releases, handle incident improvement actions, maintain proper documentation, and report regularly to management on project status and delivery performance. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with plenty software development experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role, strong ERP/business systems experience, and excellent communication, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
