The Jr.
HR Performance and OD Officer supports the HR department in strengthening performance management, organizational development, and HR processes through accurate documentation, data analysis, coordination, and follow-up.
The role involves maintaining KPI trackers, supporting performance evaluations and improvement plans, preparing dashboards and reports, updating job descriptions and competency documents, and assisting with HR procedures, SOPs, workflows, and approval matrices.
The officer will also collect, validate, and analyze HR-related data using Excel, track deliverables and pending actions, prepare management summaries and presentations, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of experience in HR, performance management, OD, HR operations, or business analysis, strong Excel and documentation skills, and a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.
