Role description

Software Developer responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications that meet business and user requirements.
• Write maintainable code, implement features, troubleshoot issues, integrate APIs, and improve system functionality.
• Collaborate across design, analysis, quality assurance, and development teams to deliver working solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, document systems, optimize performance, and support reliable, usable, and secure software updates.

Data Analyst responsibilities

• Collect, organize, interpret, and present data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support decisions.
• Prepare, clean, and validate datasets; conduct exploratory analysis; create reports and dashboards; and monitor key performance indicators.
• Use analytical methods and tools to identify patterns, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings.
• Work with business and technical teams on reporting requirements, data quality, and practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of software development, programming concepts, data structures, and database fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar programming technologies, depending on the role.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data cleaning, and data validation.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Understanding of testing, debugging, version control, and technical documentation.
• Problem-solving, accurate data interpretation, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, priority management, and support for continuous improvement.
