Gacelasoft LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Coordinator to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of software projects and systems.
This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development projects from planning through deployment and support
- Act as a liaison between developers, designers, QA teams, and clients
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, workflows, and status reports
- Assist in gathering and clarifying technical and business requirements
- Monitor system performance and coordinate updates, bug fixes, and enhancements
- Support testing activities and ensure issues are logged and resolved efficiently
- Organize meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in software coordination, project support, or a similar role
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Basic technical knowledge of programming or databases
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
