Position Overview
We are seeking a **Software Coordinator** to oversee and manage daily software operations.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between developers, clients, and internal teams.
The Software Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Untasoft LLC’s reputation for excellence in software services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development projects, updates, and operational workflows.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Support procurement and resource allocation for software projects.
- Prepare reports on software performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in software coordination, project management, or IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes, project workflows, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
