Role overview

Impact and responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer advocate and trusted advisor; support business development and service-delivery excellence.
• Lead strategic engagements and periodic business reviews, presenting KPIs and actionable insights to customer leadership.
• Use analytics and AI tools to anticipate needs, deliver solutions, and streamline workflows.
• Provide technical leadership in software engineering and integration.
• Coordinate with DevOps, service delivery, and product management for operational alignment.
• Visit and work onsite at customer sites in Dubai as needed for relationship-building and hands-on support.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least six years in customer success, technical support, or engineering in a high-tech B2B environment.
• Proficiency with case-management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
• Expertise in LTE/5G networks, telecom protocols, and IoT solutions; troubleshooting with Wireshark, Splunk, or SQL.
• Native Arabic and professional English fluency.
• Experience with analytics and cloud/SaaS solutions, plus documented commitment to AI adoption and continuous learning.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience advising C-suite or senior IT leaders.
• Record of co-developing solutions that affect business KPIs and driving adoption in complex enterprise settings.
• Experience identifying new use cases, facilitating cross-team communication, and mentoring peers.
• Ability to turn technical concepts into strategic business recommendations.
