• Design and deliver Cisco portfolio solutions aligned with customers’ strategic business goals.
• Architect solutions across networking, security, cloud, and AI for resilient digital platforms.
• Lead technical strategy and customized proofs of value to address customer challenges.
• Advise executive stakeholders on modern IT and emerging AI opportunities.
• Relay customer feedback to engineering and product development teams.

Minimum qualifications

• Extensive pre-sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical experience.
• Significant technical experience in at least two of enterprise networking, data center, security, or collaboration.
• Substantial experience delivering technical presentations.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical relationships with customers and partners.

Preferred qualifications

• Cross-architectural understanding of technology domains and their intersections.
• Experience leading complex technical sales cycles for large enterprise accounts.
• Ability to communicate technical vision and business outcomes to executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and on-premise or hybrid infrastructure.
• Continuous learning and mentoring experience; CCIE or CCDE certifications are highly valued.

Work arrangement
