Role overview

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer advocate and trusted advisor, supporting business development and service delivery excellence.
• Lead strategic engagements and periodic business reviews, communicating KPIs and actionable insights to customer leadership.
• Use analytics and AI tools to anticipate needs, deliver solutions, and streamline workflows.
• Provide technical leadership in software engineering and integration.
• Coordinate with DevOps, service delivery, and product management teams.
• Visit customer sites in Dubai as needed for relationship-building and hands-on support.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least six years in customer success, technical support, or engineering in a high-tech B2B environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira case management or collaboration tools.
• Expertise in LTE/5G networks, telecom protocols, and IoT solutions; troubleshooting with Wireshark, Splunk, or SQL.
• Native Arabic proficiency and professional fluency in English.
• Experience with analytics and cloud/SaaS solutions, and documented commitment to AI adoption and continuous learning.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience advising C-suite or senior IT leadership and co-developing solutions tied to business KPIs.
• Experience identifying use cases and driving solution adoption in complex enterprises.
• Experience facilitating cross-team communication and mentoring peers.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business recommendations.
