We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Developer to work on a contract basis.
In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of frontier AI models in the technology industry, where your domain knowledge will be leveraged to improve the performance of AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications using Python, Rust, Golang, Java, or Node.js to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best software engineering practices to ensure high-quality and reliable software applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to improve performance and reliability, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in architectural planning and contribute to the development of software applications that meet the needs of the business and drive innovation in the technology industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, Golang, Java, or Node.js, with experience in designing and implementing scalable software applications.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end development, with knowledge of frameworks and libraries such as Android and iOS development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
