We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Software Developer (Multi-Language Systems & AI Engineering) to work on a contractor basis.
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop realistic programming tasks that reflect authentic engineering workflows, applying your domain knowledge to drive model improvements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated bugs within diverse repositories and codebases, ensuring production-ready features and coordinated changes.
- Implement production-ready features, orchestrating coordinated changes across multiple file systems, and refactor, optimize, and modernize existing code while preserving functional integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature development, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code and efficient debugging processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in systems programming, backend development, and machine learning pipelines, with experience in designing and implementing production-ready features.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, and C++, with expertise in code refactoring, optimization, and modernization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and debugging processes, ensuring high-quality code and efficient development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
